Our company is looking for an organised and self-motivated part time Office Administrator who will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Management Team.
The Office Administrator must have initiative and be organised.
Your tasks include but are not limited to;
- Providing support to the Directors with a variety of administration tasks
- General office duties & data entry
- Xero payroll, timesheet maintenance, and reporting
- Liasing with staff
- Typing and managing quoting and invoicing systems
- Bookkeeping tasks such as tracking invoices and purchase orders
- Requesting quotes from current and new vendors
- Communicating with clients, organising meetings and calendars
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, company vehicles and insurances
- Writing tender submissions
- Assisting with orders, supply & delivery of materials to sites
- Maintaining company information & confidentiality at all times
- Assisting with the WHS processes and procedures
You should have at least 2 years experience in a similar role .
Office Administrator Requirements;
- Xero experience
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- The ability to work autonomously & show leadership
The job will be two days a week with the opportunity for the role to develop Giddiup’s office is based in Richmond and work times can be flexible to suit school or caring hours if necessary.
