Perth Surgical Shoemakers is a Family Owned Business offering the community a range of Footwear Products and Services to the community including: Medical Grade Footwear, Custom-Made Footwear, Orthotics, and Footwear Modifications and Repairs. As WA’s leading surgical bootmakers, our highly skilled Pedorthists work closely with each client to ensure all custom-made surgical grade footwear (shoes and boots), modifications, orthotics and repairs are carried out to the very highest standards. PSS&WS works closely with a number of Community providers including NDIS, Aged Care, Public Hospitals and Department of Veteran Affairs.
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 2 years working as a PA or Medical Receptionist in an organisational environment.
- Great communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
- The capacity to remain calm and focused when juggling multiple requests and managing a busy calendar
Tasks & responsibilities
- Take accurate and comprehensive assessment notes at appointments with Pedorthist.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages.
- Run errands as requested.
