AddressConveniently located in the Sydney CBD, our client is a well-established and reputable Accounting firm, providing business and taxation services to a broad range of clients.
Your new role
Working in a high billing and busy team of 2 Partners and 5 Accountants, you are a highly organised and reliable PA with previous public practice experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will be the main point of contact for clients, and responsible for delegating the workload. Some of your duties may include:
- Diary management
- Schedule client appointments and respond to client enquiries
- ASIC changes
- Tax assessments
- PAYG instalments
- Preparing client correspondence, as well as to the ATO
- Execute expenses, timesheets and invoices
- Database and system management
- Building and maintaining relationships with a diverse range of clients, colleagues and company stakeholders
- Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required
What you need to succeed
- 2+ years recent experience in an Accounting firm
- Knowledge of APS, Now Infinity, ATO poral or similar systems would be advantageous
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills gained within an internal client-facing environment
- Excellent organisation, timekeeping and prioritisation skills
- Be able to work effectively on their own and as part of a team
- Have strong skills in the use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel
