Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to work in a busy team environment. Reporting to senior management your primary focus will be to provide administration support to a team and ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.
As such we are seeking an experienced person with exceptional organisational and administration skills.
The Role
This role is a temporary assignment for full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include:
- Day to day tasks supporting the Manager and team including emails and phone call screening
- Preparation of correspondence for both internal and external purposes
- Diary management including planning and scheduling tasks
- Supporting the team with general administrative requirements
- Providing general administrative support as required
The Person
The successful person will have at 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator with experience in CRM databases. In addition, we are seeking the following attributes:
- Dynamic and enthusiastic nature who can prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
- Able to work flexible hours to ensure work is completed
- Able to manage projects and ensure tasks are followed through
- Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
- Accurate typing and exceptional computer skills
- High degree of confidentiality
The role will suit an experienced administration person who can commit to the assignment in a proactive and enthusiastic manner.
