In this highly confidential role supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual and their family, discretion and professionalism are paramount. You'll be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintaining the household, catering to the needs of family members.
Although prior Personal Assistant experience would be highly beneficial, we also welcome individuals with exceptional 6-star service experience, ranging from flight attendants to yacht crew to events or hospitality.
Based at their Sydney property, you'll enjoy close proximity to family members and amenities. Whilst travel will be required in running errands and other duties, your primary base will be in the Sydney home. This allows you to fully immerse yourself in the intricacies of their household, offering invaluable support to the family.

Your expertise in etiquette, table settings, and familiarity with events, alongside the latest fine dining establishments and luxury lifestyle, make you an ideal fit for this Personal Assistant role. Renowned for your keen eye for detail and unwavering commitment to exceptional presentation and upkeep, you understand that the finishing touches matter.
As the primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and house staff, you seamlessly assist with any task, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation. Your organizational skills rival that of Marie Kondo, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in various aspects of household management. Moreover, your social awareness and high EQ allow you to read the room and foster meaningful relationships with key household members.
On a personal level, you extend warmth and care through thoughtful gestures like offering a cup of tea or preparing lunches. Beyond daily tasks, you excel in managing personal appointments and fostering relationships, embracing the opportunity to enhance the lives of those you support. Possessing a valid driving license and feeling comfortable driving a variety of cars will also be highly important.
A snapshot of your role….
- Efficiently manage and coordinate personal appointments, including scheduling, reminders, and adjustments as necessary to accommodate change
- Oversee personalised assistance such as preparing meals, unpacking suitcases, and running errands for the family & children
- Act as the primary liaison between the family and external service providers, managing communications, and coordinating logistics for various tasks and projects
- Uphold impeccable standards of presentation throughout the household, including occasional dusting, polishing, arranging and refreshing floral displays, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in all areas
- Maintain meticulous organization and inventory control for the butler's pantry, wardrobes, and wine cellar, including tracking supplies and restocking as needed, both on-site and in off-site storage facilities
