Job description

ORH Truck Solutions is a leading manufacturer of high-quality industrial mining vehicles within Australia, designing some of the strongest and most reliable Service Trucks and Water Carts in the industry. 

We are currently seeking an organised and experienced Personal Assistant to support theCompany Director. This is a full-time position that requires a particularly strong character, that is confident and capable of working in a dynamic environment with often competing priorities.  Diplomacy, sensitivity, discretion, and confidentiality is paramount for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for all communication and correspondence incoming for the Company Director
  • Manage the Directors diary on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Organise meetings and appointments as required.
  • Organising events and social functions
  • Typing and compiling emails, reports, and customer correspondence on behalf of the Company Director 
  • Conducting research on behalf of the Company Director
  • Preparing Meeting Agendas, occasionally taking meeting minutes and the distribution of minutes as required 
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with key stakeholders, customers, management teams and staff throughout the business 
  • Organising flights, travel and itineraries as and when required 
  • Ability to organise and structure the Directors movements ensuring he fulfils his daily meeting requirements and customer appointments. 
  • Respond to emails, communicate with customers and/or clients in a professional and confident manner.

Key Requirements:

  • A high degree of autonomy, attention to detail, and pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Previous PA or EA experience.
  • A positive attitude and solid work ethic.
  • Ability to show initiative and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Highly developed organisational skills, with a demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritise tasks effectively and work to tight deadlines.
  • Be a strong character that has the ability to stay firm in their decisions.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills 
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • High attention to detail
