We are on the lookout for an exceptional Executive/Personal Assistant to join a fast-expanding Financial Services business based in the centre of Sydney's CBD! Reporting into the CEO, you will have the chance to work with a diverse and supportive team and use your existing experience to slide into the role seamlessly for a 3-6 week period with a great chance of extension.
The Role
Your key duties will include:
- Diary and email management for the CEO
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate briefings, background readings and presentations
- Arranging domestic and international travel
- Prepare minutes and follow up on actions
- Produce board reports and prepare agendas
- Schedule & coordinate meetings and events
- Ad hoc project management and execution as required
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Assist the wider team with administration and service tasks/processes as required
- Will need a minimum of 3-4 years working in a similar assistant capacity
- Is proactive and enjoys working in a supportive and encouraging environment
- Has high attention to detail and can take on numerous tasks simultaneously
- Is trustworthy, professional and reliable to act on behalf of the CEO when necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
