About the role:

Reporting to the Managing Director and supporting the wider leadership team, your duties will include but not be limited to:

• Diary support, inbox management, scheduling meetings and organising events.     
• Assisting with expense reconciliation. 
• Maintaining the filing system of company records. 
• Liaising with clients to arrange meetings.
• Drafting professional emails, memos, and communications.   
• Taking meeting minutes.
• Maintaining office and meeting rooms. 
• General ad-hoc administration as required.

What you will need to succeed:

• Previous experience in an EA/PA or high-volume administration role is essential.
• The ability to work independently, complete tasks on time, effectively manage interruptions and pre-empt what the Executives need.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to respectfully manage expectations with stakeholders and maintain confidentiality.
• Possess great computer skills, preparing presentations, briefs, documents, and reports on behalf of the leadership team.
