Skills & responsibilitiesYou will be a Defendant or Plaintiff insurance lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level who enjoys advising and defending employers and insurers in industrial common law negligence matters.
Your new role
Will see you work in a team of one Partner, one Senior Associate and two graduates. Your passion for providing high quality legal advice and representation to a wide variety of clients, including insurers (self-insured, specialised insurers, Govt and private employers and regulators) will be rewarded. Advise on best practice risk and claims management, policy coverage issues and work closely with Partners, junior lawyers, and external Counsel to deliver outstanding outcomes for your clients.
Engage in advocacy and manage complex trial and appeal litigation in the High, Supreme and District Courts (no Personal Injury Commission work).
