- Proven Expertise: Ability to manage up to 150 claims in workers compensation and work injury damages matters with a dedicated team at your side.
- Document Mastery: Exceptional skills in preparing and drafting legal documents.
- Detail-Oriented: We want you to notice the small things because they often make the biggest difference.
- Compassion & Confidence: These aren’t just words; they're values we live by.
- Communication Skills: Your role involves liaising with clients, solicitors, insurers, and other key stakeholders. You must be adept at this.
- Writing Excellence: Proven experience in drafting submissions, client statements, particulars, and general correspondence.
- Ready for Anything: Ability to represent our firm at settlement conferences, mediations, and court hearings with the support of experienced counsel.
