About the role
- Deliver Clinical Pharmacy services on a rotational basis to multiple specialty pharmacy work units, multidisciplinary teams and the dispensary within Caboolture Hospital and other facilities throughout the Directorate, and to stakeholders / customers of Queensland health in accordance with organisational goals.
