Bloomers Pharmacy are seeking a Full time Retail Manager or Full time Pharmacy Intern to join their customer focused team.

We are seeking a Experienced Retail Manager or a Pharmacy Intern to help contribute to achieving our vision of being industry leaders in providing health care solutions to everyday Australian’s. Immediate start available.
Intern position requirements/details:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree completed before starting date
- Provisional Registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA before starting date
- A major focus on patient centred care and facilitating optimal patient outcomes
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to show initiative to lead and work as part of a dynamic team with a broad range of roles and responsibilities and
- Z software experience desirable but not essential
Retail Manager position requirements/details:
- Assist customers with general pharmacy enquiries
- Assist the dispensary with scripts in/out
- Retail stock control essential
- Administrative duties when required
- Effectively manage a team and assist in creating a positive work environment
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are implemented and maintained
- Merchandising
- Multi-task in different areas of the Pharmacy
- Assist with training and mentoring other employees
