The Role
Blooms The Chemist Forestville has a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated Retail Manager to lead a team of pharmacy assistants and oversee all retail aspects of the pharmacy. This full-time position, will require you to provide inspirational and effective leadership to your team as you manage the sales, operations and profitability of the store.
The role will focus on:
- Promoting the pharmacy as a centre for advice, assistance and information in areas of health and well-being
- Assisting in any area of the pharmacy including orders, register, telephone, dispensary and store merchandising
- Staff rostering

The ideal candidate:
- Willingness to undertake continual training and development opportunities
- A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements
- Experience managing staff performance
- Previous pharmacy or retail management experience is highly desirable
- Ability to coach and develop a team
- High energy and passion for the industry
- An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the pharmacy
