Winner of 2022 NSW Premier Export Award. We are looking for highly motivated self-managed Field Pharmacy Sales Representatives in NSW, VIC, QLD and WA to join our team.

The Role:
Reporting to the Director, we have multiple exciting opportunities for a Pharmacy Sales Representative to be based in the NSW, VIC, QLD and WA market and promote our Diagnostic (Home test kits) portfolio to Pharmacies and Retail stores.
This valuable role contributes to developing our sales network within Australia and achieve monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics. You will represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
- Maintain working relationships with existing and potential clients across the pharmacy, grocery, and targeted sectors, to ensure that they receive outstanding service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle customer complaints.
- Achieve sales goals and KPIs by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often including product demos and presentations to pharmacists, retail buyers and pharmacy assistants.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure the delivery of the sales objectives and company standards are being upheld.
- Regular visits to pharmacy and retail stores to ensure Products are well presented and stock is available.
Requirements and Skills
- Sales experiences within Pharmacy and retail environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self-Motivated and organised to work independently to grow sales network in given territory.
- Valid Australian Driver license and be on the road four and half days each week.
- Minimum 1 year+ experience in Sales (preferably in pharmacy and retail sector).
- The ability to make sound evidence-based decisions under pressure.
