Do you get that inner feeling of absolute success (almost a whispering ‘yesss!’ in your inner soul) when you check off or scribble the task when its completed? And then, BOOM! Momentum builds and you get more and more excited to smash other tasks off the list. Maybe even at the end of the day you jump into bed and breathe out a sigh of relief but you also feel yourself say, ‘I smashed my day,' because you checked everything that was on your list.

- Getting Hands Dirty – our clinic have an amazing admin team, but because we are still in our infancy, we want you to really get your hands dirty and create new processes, upgrade current systems, and just finish each day knowing you have left the team and clinic better than when you came in.
Work Environment:
- This is both a home-based and clinic-based position. There will be times where you will be working in a dedicated front desk in our locations, and at times, you may be expected to work from home. As the clinic lead, you are essentially the ‘work mum,’ attending to everyone’s needs but encouraging everyone from behind to be proud of their work. For you to do this properly, we can see that you will need to be doing this from the clinic being huddled up amongst the team. So this is why we are looking to transition your role on-site permanently.
- We are located in Calamvale/Sunnybank Hills in Medical Centres as well as a gym.
Daily Tasks:
Your day may look like (but not limited to):
- Team Facilitation – guiding the team in what needs to be done, areas of improvements (training), acknowledging and congratulating areas of excellence. Caring for the team and their needs (like that of a parent).
- Policies and Procedures – creating and improving policies and procedures in order to make systems more efficient and improve the running of the clinic and team.
- Meetings – Regular meetings with the director for future planning, with admin and other team members to determine areas of improvement, areas of need, etc.
- Financials – payment of bills, monthly and weekly reports.
- Team Induction – new team member induction and training.
- Patients – scheduling, payments and answering phone calls. This will be something we will transition you out of as our team grows and becomes more and more stable.
