Job description

Early Start Australia (ESA) delivers evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children and their families throughout our 46 clinics in Australia.

We have over 600 employees at ESA to support over 28,000 families and we are now growing our offering in Physiotherapy.

We have opportunities for a qualified Physiotherapist at our Upper Mt Gravatt Clinic.

You will have access to:

What you will bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and AHPRA Registration
  • Experience in working with children and/or disability and confidence in your role with children and their parents
  • Exceptional communication and inter-personal skills, to support for a culturally diverse environment
  • Passion for making a difference with a focus on making therapy fun, engaging and meaningful for families!
  • Compliance – Working with Children Check, National Police Check, NDIS workers screening check, First Aid Training, Driver’s License & Vehicle.

What you will be:

Reporting to the practice principal and working within a multidisciplinary team environment you will provide evidence-based assessments and interventions across the full scope of paediatric conditions ranging from babies to children with on-going complex needs, a true mixed caseload.

  • Conduct assessments,
  • Develop tailored therapy programs,
  • Provide direct and indirect therapy interventions,
  • Work closely with key stakeholders providing information, education and support.
