Semaphore Road Physio is currently seeking a Part time receptionist to work in our busy and vibrant clinic. Semaphore Road Physio is a long established private physiotherapy and pilates practice dedicated to providing excellent healthcare management with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
The role requires 16-18 hours a week across 2-3 weekday shifts and 2 Saturday 8am - 12pm shifts/month. The successful applicant must be available within the opening hours of the clinic (7:30am - 6:30pm) but there is some flexibility with setting up the weekdays shift roster.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent phone manner.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- High standard of clerical/administration skills including experience with patient administration software.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as a team player.
- Previous experience working as a medical or allied health receptionist advantageous.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting clients in a professional manner.
- Answering phone for bookings and enquiries.
- Accurate booking, payments handling, receipts and reconciling payments.
- Uploading and entering client data into our patient administration software.
- Managing of practice stock and general practice tidiness.
- Being well presented, have a friendly disposition and be able to relate well to clients.
- Communicate effectively with Senior Office Manager and work effectively as part of a small admin team.

- Remuneration will be dependent upon experience.
