AddressBellberry Limited is an Australian, independent, not-for-profit organisation that supports the Australian health research community through the provision of Human Research Ethics Committees (HRECs). With participant wellbeing at the centre of all that we do, we have two key objectives: to protect the welfare of human research participants, and to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of research. Our expert committees provide high-quality, time-efficient, and internationally-accredited scientific and ethical review of human research projects across the country. Bellberry is unique in the research sector, with surplus funds generated by the activities of the Committees donated back into the Australian medical research community. We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join the team.
This front of house position is a part-time opportunity to be worked over three (3) consecutive days, Monday through to Wednesday (0.6 FTE).
Reporting to the Business Manager you will be responsible for:
- Courteous and professional reception services
- First point of contact customer service support for enquiries
- Ensuring facilities service areas are well maintained and in order
- General office and administrative support activities to assist with the day-to-day management of the corporate office
- Supporting and contributing to office wide projects.
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional customer service skills, be a skilled administrator who is highly organised and motivated. A service-oriented individual who learns quickly and shows initiative and can deal with a broad range of clients will flourish in this position. They will have experience in a corporate environment and be able to adapt to a growing, dynamic workplace.
