Job description

Position Overview:As a Campaign Maintenance Project Planner/Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient planning and scheduling of maintenance projects within our oil and gas operations. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive maintenance schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize project timelines. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the smooth execution of maintenance campaigns, enhancing operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for oil and gas maintenance campaigns, incorporating all relevant tasks, milestones, and dependencies.2. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to gather project requirements and establish realistic timelines and resource allocations.3. Identify critical path activities and potential bottlenecks, proactively addressing issues to ensure project timelines are met.4. Monitor project progress against established schedules, tracking key performance indicators and providing regular updates to stakeholders.5. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and equipment required for maintenance activities.6. Utilize project management software and tools to streamline planning and scheduling processes, optimizing resource utilization and enhancing efficiency.7.
