Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Provide customer service, administrative support and information to internal and external customers of the Planning & Development Department.
- Application processing, lodgment, referral, advertising, and documentation for permits, as well as archival and file maintenance, data management, mail handling, issuance of notices, orders, infringements, debtor management, and invoicing.
- Relevant expertise in building control office operations and/or statutory planning procedures.
- Experience using TRIM and/or Property and Rating
- Local Government experience
