About the Role
As a result of the ongoing growth, we are actively seeking a skilled PM Data Entry Administrator to become a valuable member of our Operations Administrative Support team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our dedicated Operations night team and assume responsibility for the various administrative tasks pertaining to the loading and unloading of freight at our Sydney depot.

Duties and responsibilities
- Open Manifests (Regional and Interstate) and set up departure times
- Enter consignment notes as required
- Manifest consignments and verify data
- Check units for consignment / manifest errors
- Complete, check, and verify delivery paperwork for trucks
- Prepare load plans and DG paperwork
- Assign consignment data to agents as required
- Complete, download, and send reports
- Liaise with drivers and loaders to ensure correct information is attached to manifests/ consignment notes
- Update drivers with departure times.
- Other administrative duties as required
