As the Portfolio Manager, you will be leading Centre Directors and Managers in operational excellence, delivering business goals and high-quality childcare with your portfolio. Covering key areas for business success and leading on People, Practice and Performance.

Essential
- Diploma or Bachelors in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification
- 2 years experience as an Area Manager, or in a similar role
- An excellent understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Excellent leadership, mentoring and coaching skills
- Confident in communication, with the ability to influence across all levels
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to identify potential opportunities and mitigate risk
- Experience in succession planning, identifying current and future talent, creating plans for Continuous Professional Development and career pathways
- Experience in process improvement and action planning, creating tools and insights to support Centre performance
- Right to work in Australia, without restriction
- Strong experience in Long Day Care
- In-depth commercial awareness
- Experience in budgeting, financial decision-making, and monetary awareness
- Experience in utilising systems to identify and track key business drivers and success factors
