Role Description/Criteria
Mount St. Joseph Girls' College is a Catholic secondary school that educates and empowers young women in the charism of Saint Mary of the Cross MacKillop.
In 2024, Mount St. Joseph Girls’ College is undertaking its cyclical POL structure review. As part of this, applications are invited from innovative and committed educational leaders for the following positions commencing January 2025:
Director of Catholic Identity
Director of Learning Diversity
Director of Pedagogy & Innovation
Director of Student Wellbeing
These leadership positions (POL 4) will be for a period of three years and accompany ongoing, full-time teaching positions.
The successful applicants will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.
