Join a non-bank in a stand-alone settlements role
Your new role
You'll be working with a well-established team, who've been providing credit for investment properties in Melbourne for over 20 years.
In this role you'll be coordinating the end-to-end process for mortgage settlements.
This will include the typical duties like:Preparing files for pre-settlement sign-off
- Processing all loan types post-settlement, including setting up borrower direct debit repayment schedules and issuing settlement and progress drawdown correspondence
- Managing discharges and preparing payout figures
- Managing the loan renewal and extension process
- Experience dealing with stakeholders such as solicitors and finance team
Your new role
You'll need to have:
- Prior experience managing mortgage settlements from start to finish
- Strong skills in Microsoft office suite and systems use.
- Be keen to work in an autonomous role, managing the process yourself
- Enjoy working in a smaller organisation and working 5 days a week in the CBD
Remuneration
You'll receive a base salary of $85,000 plus super on a permanent contract.
This role is office based (5 days a week in Melbourne CBD).
