Award-winning communications and PR agency Madden & Assoc (Madden) has an opening for an Account Coordinator to support the Management team and consultants in providing high quality communication services to Madden’s financial services and corporate clients.
Our work is largely focused on planning and developing effective communications strategy, acting as trusted communication counsel to our clients. Our services include traditional and digital media management, media training, investor relations, crisis communication and reputation management.

As Madden is a boutique firm, you will have the opportunity to work closely with and learn directly from senior management, as well as gain greater exposure to client-facing work within the role.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Assisting and reporting to your manager to manage daily workload and learning how to prioritise deadlines
- Monitoring and reporting on client media and social media activity
- Developing and maintaining media lists
- Continuing to build and engage with existing Madden social media accounts
- Assisting in executing media events and being on-site to help team members coordinate client and team events when required
- Participating as an active and interested team member, providing support to colleagues and taking every opportunity presented to learn and develop
