AddressAs our EU Communications and PR Manager, you'll be driving the strategic direction of our communication initiatives across Europe where you'll be instrumental in shaping the reputation and awareness of the Aston Martin brand. You'll support the Director of EU Communications and PR to execute strategies that maintain and enhance the credibility of the Aston Martin brand through earned media.
To excel in this role, you'll need to be able to communicate in German, be a critical thinker and have great organisational skills.
Your role is to support the development and execution of external communication strategies to promote Aston Martin products and technologies. You will relish in playing a fundamental part in delivering multi-channel communications campaigns that drive demand for Aston Martin products and experiences.
You're not the type to shy away from challenges including developing and implementing innovative communication strategies. You're experienced in managing your workload successfully within a highly integrated PR & Marketing function allowing you to effectively coordinate agency partners and vendors as well as managing influencer and content creator activities.
You'll be based at our Frankfurt office with some travel around Europe required as part of a hybrid working model. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, evaluating and reporting on communications and public relations initiatives to support the brand's launch and sales goals in European countries. The role isn't just about managing day-to-day activities, but also about strategically enhancing the reputation and awareness of the Aston Martin brand.

The Key Requirements...
- Commit to a two-year Fixed Term Contract
- Extensive experience gained within PR/ media relations.
- Have a good understanding of the entire media landscape and the critical nature of working with the press.
- Honors-level degree in communications or equivalent
- Experience managing agency partners, and vendors as well as producing press assets independently.
- Experience coordinating internal collaborators and reporting campaign results to company management
- Fluent German - written and verbal.
