About the Opportunity
My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Practice Administrator to join their enthusiastic team. The opportunity is a perfect fit for that "special one" that can utilise their administration skills and experience to support their team and business. Someone that will turn up and enjoy their day and be involved in just getting the job done and taking ownership.
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- General office duties including phones, email and mail communications
- Assisting the on-Boarding for all new clients
- Coordinating the set-up of companies, trusts and entities
- Maintaining client files and documents
- Communicating with clients and internal stakeholders
- Assisting the Partners in administering and coordinating matters (Inc. HR, marketing, events and general admin duties)
- 2+ years experience in a similar role (ideally, within a professional services environment)
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail
- Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
- Financial services software experience (XPM, Xero, Xplan etc) advantageous
- Tax/Accounting/Financial Planning experience, very advantageous
