Our client is a mid-sized Accounting practice located in Parkville. They are a social firm who value their employees and offer career progression.
The Opportunity
They are looking for an Administrator/ Personal Assistant with public practice experience to support their accounting team.
Your duties may include:
- Providing support to the Directors
- Diary management
- Organising meetings/appointments
- Preparing and drafting client correspondence via email or letters
- Assisting with the collation of financial statements and tax returns
- Client contact and liaison
- Handling incoming mail, assisting with photocopying and filing
- General administrative duties
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC
- Reception cover and flow on calls
About You
- Pervious experience wringing within and Accounting Firm and a basic understanding of the Accounting profession- lingo and the way that they work.
- Previous PA and/or EA experience
- The ability to build relationships with partners and clients
- Strong Microsoft Office skills- PowerPoint, outlook
- Previous Client Services experience within an Accounting practice would be advantageous
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Good attention to detail
- Able to build rapport with clients
