Our role

The Practice Lead – Modern Workplace will report to the CEO. An expert in Microsoft 365,  Sharepoint and Teams you will be responsible for bringing together the key capabilities within the organisation to design and build platforms necessary to digitally transform how clients do their business. 

• Design solutions, services and products
• Constantly evaluates FiveP’s suite of services to ensure high quality and profitability
• Identifies problems in processes or systems
• Develop, plan and implement the Modern Workplace strategy to achieve the objectives of the organisation. 
• Meet with key clients, work collaboratively with other team members across the organisation to resolve any issues, including responsibility for the management of client expectations. 
• Ensure completion of projects on-time and on-budget to quality standards
• Product Development & Business Development
• Support the FiveP account managers with responses to our clients.
• Attend meetings with prospects and our account managers to ensure that client requirements are understood.
• Respond to and execute multiple RFPs simultaneously, collaborating with internal teams as required.
• Provide management and leadership to the team of Modern Workplace consultants including ensuring they have the resources and support needed to fulfil their role responsibilities
• Provide weekly status reports/KPIs to the Modern Workplace team, the management team and other internal staff
• Set the tone for a positive team environment aligning and living by our Company Values

What we’re looking for

• Someone with a track record of delivering on your projects and KPI’s
• Accountability for utilisation and profit
• a background in consulting
• experience as a cloud architect or senior solutions architect
• Ideally have worked in a technical presales role
• Have strong communications levels, with a proven ability to work with people at all levels and via any means
