We are an expanding Specialist Practice providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations. We are looking for a highly organised, friendly, detail orientated Practice Manager.
Queensland Respiratory and Sleep was founded by two extremely talented Respiratory and Sleep specialists, who have since expanded the company to include 6 Respiratory and Sleep specialists, along side the Queensland Respiratory and Sleep doctors we have a Neurologist and two Rheumatologists. We have multiple clinics across Queensland, our software is cloud based and we are paperless allowing our admin to work in a hybrid working environment. Our doctors understand that the backbone of the company is our fantastic admin team.
Responsibilities of Practice Manager
- Identify, review, and trouble-shoot operational and administrative issues
- Identify areas of improvement and drive change
- Monitoring practice safety and standards across the clinic including Accreditation
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor and create admin rosters
- Recruitment and management of Staff including performance reviews
- Monitor budget, uploading invoices, bank reconciliation, payment advice
- Staff onboarding and training
- Point of contact for all clinic enquiries and complaints
- Assist Doctors with operational excellence
- Efficient management of all patient data, appointments, procedures, clinical files, correspondence, and accounts
- Overseeing day-to-day practice operations
- Overseeing and maintaining Doctor's diary scheduling
- Solution focused management of clinic operations and doctor enquiries
- effective leadership of administration team
- Maintain and improve administration workflow
- Liaise with other specialists and healthcare professionals regarding room usage
- Management of invoicing and reconciliation of accounts
- Completion of end of day reconciliations (eftpos, credit card and cash)
- Ability to define a strategy for the practice development and marketing.
