The Role
As the Practice Manager, you will lead and manage all personnel within the team and foster a service of excellence, putting the client experience at the centre of everything you do.

Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Sharing your authentic leadership and guidance to a team of six refreshingly engaged, close-knit and positive-minded Medical Receptionists (who are self-motivated and incredibly easy to manage!)
In collaboration with an authentic and trusting Business Manager (who is based in Sydney), and the site-based doctors and technicians you will manage the day-to-day operations of the Practice to provide an efficient and smooth administrative service which supports the delivery of superior patient care at all times.
Provide day-to-day direction to reception staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the Practice to support delivery of superior client care.
Oversee workforce planning and rostering solutions (i.e. the team consists of Full Time reception staff with consistent rosters)
Provide general support in the area of finance, budgets, billings and expenses – with close guidance from the Business Manager
Requirements:
Demonstrated understanding of and an ability to provide superior patient care and stakeholder customer service.
Strong leadership skills with experience in leading and managing a team by inspiring confidence in and displaying behaviours in accordance with the organisation's values.
Previous medical centre or clinic experience is essential
Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
Business acumen, strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise/multi-task
Ability to utilise a broad range of IT software such as Microsoft Suite, scheduling software etc. Experience with using Best Practice Medical software is a must.
Experience in accounts support, or the drive to learn and develop in this area
