SalaryWe are a compassionate, comprehensive and dedicated Oncology Specialist Practice who provides their clients with expert care every step of the way. We are seeking a highly experienced Practice Manager to join the team at St George Private Hospital (parking provided) on a part time basis 4 days/week.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide day to day management of the Practice
- Oversee all business operations and daily business activities
- Preparation of monthly financial reports
- Create accounts via the Genie Eclipse system
- Provide leadership to administrative staff
- Organisation of staff rosters and HR related matters
- Build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Practice Manager
- Knowledge and use of Genie software is desirable
- Exceptional people management, communication and problem solving
- Strong written and verbal communication is essential
- Ability to show respect, empathy and understanding is essential
- Knowledge of Government legislation and regulation
