Vetwest Canning Vale is looking for a Practice Manager to join their amazing team!

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Leading and managing a fantastic team
- Overseeing the delivery of outstanding veterinary care
- Ensuring the practice runs efficiently
- HR Management of all staff
- Assess clinic accounts, rostering, budgets, KPI’s and other financial reports, recruitment
- WHS Compliance
Systems currently used in-clinic for Practice Management:
- VetS8
- SmartFlow
- OpenVPMS
- EmpLive
- Cornerstone
- SAP Concur
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or equivalent, preferred but not essential
- 2+ years of experience working in a Practice Manager/Team Leadership role or the capability to do so with senior nursing skills
- Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to provide coaching for team members and to build a positive culture in your team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business acumen and organisation skills
- Ability to keep calm under pressure
- Experience with OpenVPMS (preferred, but not essential)
- Available to start in September 2022
