This Practice Manager position is suited to a candidate with General Practice experience, bring your strong leadership and relationship skills, and an understanding of day to day operations.
We are ideally looking for a dynamic, highly organised person who will be a positive role model demonstrating high level of respect for others and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include, management and support of doctors, induction and and ongoing training of staff, staff performance reviews, ensure integrity of patient records, maintaining practice facilities at a high standard, maintenance of equipment, management of rosters, financial reports and practice budgets, promoting the quality process and company values.
Practice Manager Profile:
- Experience in a professional practice in Primary Healthcare
- A dynamic personality able to motivate and work collaboratively with staff
- Experience and understanding of quality standards and practice accreditation
- Excellent communications skills – written and verbal
- Passion for ongoing learning
