Key Responsibilities: (but not limited to);
All aspects of General Practice Nursing
- Strong focus on Chronic Disease Management (CDM) and Health Assessments, including patient education
- Wound management & dressings
- Immunisations
- ECG, spirometry, doppler & audiometry
- Home Visits
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- General office administration duties
- Assisting patients with all aspects of health care
Skills and experience
- Experience within a GP setting
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude

The position will initially be casual, working 3 days.
Remuneration is negotiable and is dependent on the successful applicant’s skillset.
