Our Client is one of Australia's most trusted home builders, offering innovative, sophisticated and timeless homes that withstand the test of time. We are currently looking for a motivated and passionate Pre-Construction Administrator in their Liverpool branch.
About the role
This position is a pivotal role overseeing and facilitating through pre-construction phases, it involves a wide range of responsibilities working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities for the role
- Managing projects from initial deposits stage through to construction handover
- Project documentation and contracts including building contracts, specifications, and colour selection.
- Meetings including handover between departments.
- Completing applications/permits, lodgement & council documentation
- Design support, variations, and compliance documentation.
Skills & experience
- Sound computer knowledge in Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Construction Standards & guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Be able to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in Pre-Construction & Colours is required.
