The Role
As this new role encompasses a responsibility for Operations & Customer Relationship Management, preference will be given to individuals with;
- A strong background in business development
- Experience in seeking out and closing opportunities within our existing customer base
- Significant experience with the challenges faced in facilities management. Specifically commercial cleaning
- Demonstrable experience in leading teams with diverse backgrounds across multi-site environments.
- An intimate understanding of cost drivers within the cleaning industry including interpretation of Awards.
- An in-depth knowledge of operational leadership within the cleaning industry.
- A history in establishing and retaining customer relationships at multiple levels.
- Demonstrated experience in managing costs, pricing and customer profitability.
Personal Attributes and Skills:
You must possess sound knowledge and understanding of operations in the cleaning industry and have exceptional customer service, along with the ability to set goals, lead and develop others.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Strong influencer and the ability to build relationships.
- Managerial and leadership skills.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within Management preferably positions within the Cleaning Industry.
- Ability to be organised and be able to meet deadlines.
- Understanding of the cleaning specifications relevant to each site.
- Identification of customer needs and challenges.
