As a Precision Technology Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the adoption and success of precision technology solutions throughout the Western Australian market. Through training, expert support, and strategic guidance, you'll transform how dealerships and farmers approach efficiency, data-driven decision-making, and overall productivity.
This remote-based role offers the benefits of working from home with extensive travel throughout Western Australia. The successful candidate will ideally be located in Perth or within two hours of Perth.
What you'll do
- Deliver comprehensive training on precision technology products and platforms.
- Collaborate with dealerships to develop effective sales and support strategies.
- Act as a product expert at industry events and trade shows.
- Analyse competitors and market trends to shape future product development.
- Travel within your region (and potentially internationally) to connect with dealerships and customers.
- Degree in a technical field or 4+ years of Precision Farming experience.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of farming practices and agronomic data.
- Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
