We are looking for a Customer Service superstar to be the Concierge at one of our Premium sites in South Yarra.
This role is Monday to Friday, Full Time and is located in a state-of-the-art Corporate building.
If you have that 5 star customer focus, in particular from an Airline or 5 Star hotel background, then you might be the one.
The annual salary is circa $75k base. We are interviewing now, so don’t delay in submitting your application.

- Essential: Customer Service experience from high end Retail, 5 Star hotels
- Essential: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Essential: Computer Literacy
- Essential: The ability to work without supervision and problem solve
- Essential: High degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Essential: Dedication, commitment, and loyalty
- Desired: Commercial or Residential building exposure
