The role: Provide authoritative advice and assistance to senior management and team members on recruitment and resourcing information, reporting initiatives and activities.

* Provide day to day supervision, mentoring and support to the Talent Acquisition Services
* Assist the Manager, Talent Acquisition to deliver key Talent Acquisition and attraction improvement initiatives, branch priorities and strategies to position the service as a contemporary, best practice leader in Talent Acquisition and Attraction.
* Undertake strategic analysis of key documents and undertake research to provide high quality advice and support to management on resourcing initiatives.
* Coordinate high quality responses to internal and external resourcing requests by engaging key stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment with policies and branch business and operating models.
* Develop and maintain effective networks by consulting with internal and external stakeholders, customers and interest groups.
* Support Delivery Services Branch by effectively facilitating or contributing at various resourcing or associated forums, meetings and communities of practice.
* Proactively manage personal workload and effectively plan end-to-end work processes required to respond to Delivery Services Branch resourcing activities within aggressive timelines, by using effective organisation and time management techniques.
How you will be assessed:
* Proven ability to effectively and successfully supervise a team
* Undertake research and high level strategic analysis of issues and initiatives being considered by the Talent Acquisition Services Team and the Delivery Services Branch.
* Highly developed written and oral communication skills, with the proven ability to provide high quality advice on a range of resourcing issues and to prepare submissions, briefings and reports.
* Proven ability to work autonomously, manage and plan personal work activities, utilise discretion, meet deadlines, establish priorities and work as an effective member of a team to successfully contribute to organisational objectives, with the flexibility to adapt to emerging priorities.
* Highly developed interpersonal, presentation and consultation skills, with proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with senior and multi-disciplinary staff at all levels.
* High level understanding of the application of digital health and ICT strategies, policies and standards and their contribution to effective health service delivery in Queensland and at a national level.
