• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER
• DBPA Professional Engineer & Design Practitioner Registration (preferred).
• Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

• Experienced in preparing proposals/tenders and leading client presentations.

The Project Delivery

• Excellent project management ability, ensuring all deliverables meet client brief and project objectives.
• Experience leading project teams to deliver high-quality results from proposal through to completion.
• Proactively manages project performance and progress to achieve objectives.

The Technical Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of engineering design experience within an engineering consultancy.
• Advanced understanding of Australian Building Codes and Standards
• Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12D software and other relevant tools
• Experience in civil design for urban development, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, and drainage systems design.
