- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER
- DBPA Professional Engineer & Design Practitioner Registration (preferred).
- Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
- Exceptional business development and relationship management skills
- Experienced in preparing proposals/tenders and leading client presentations.
- Actively seeks opportunities to add value to projects, people, and communities.
- Strong leadership skills, fostering high-performing teams
- Advanced self-management and resource management abilities
- Constantly seeks to expand learning and skills
- Excellent project management ability, ensuring all deliverables meet client brief and project objectives.
- Experience leading project teams to deliver high-quality results from proposal through to completion.
- Proactively manages project performance and progress to achieve objectives.
- Minimum 12 years of engineering design experience within an engineering consultancy.
- Advanced understanding of Australian Building Codes and Standards
- Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12D software and other relevant tools
- Experience in civil design for urban development, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, and drainage systems design.
