The opportunity:
As Principal Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to grow new and existing client relationships to build solutions to their safety culture challenges. Your role will include:
- Solution architecture – consulting and providing your expertise to work with our clients to build targeted safety culture and leadership solutions.
- Business acumen – pulling business cases together and leading the commercial properties of a client engagement.
- Relationship building – passion for working directly with a client, building strong relationships, leveraging opportunities with targeted clients or industries, and managing the strategy of a client partnership.
Supported by a multidisciplinary team of specialists in research, product development, BD, marketing, finance, and facilitators, you’ll be responsible for client acquisitions, supporting the growth of existing clients, actioning potential opportunities, conducting needs analyses, and scoping solutions using your subject matter expertise.
What you’ll bring
- Experience in a consulting role which has included leading strategic initiatives – either internally or externally
- A background in safety, risk management, leadership or organisational Culture change
- An understanding of the sales lifecycle and a strong motivation to achieve commercially strong outcomes
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the commercial components of a B2B engagement
- Tertiary qualifications in IO Psychology, HR, OD, Health & Safety, Risk, Wellbeing, or a similar discipline
- A keen interest in ongoing development and continuous improvement
- A passion for working with clients directly and the ability to manage complex stakeholder groups, across multiple clients whilst prioritising effectively
