Principal Consultant - Renewable Energy

We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Consultant/Principal Consultant to lead and grow our Renewable division. You will have the opportunity to earn over $200k per annum and manage your team while developing your skills in recruitment marketing and employer branding.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with industry-leading businesses in the Renewable Energy sector
• Develop and present recruitment marketing and talent acquisition solutions
• Engage candidates using recruitment marketing techniques
• Lead, coach, mentor, and build your own team, supported by our internal recruiter
• Train in personal branding methodologies to become the go-to person in your industry

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a 360 recruitment role for an agency
• Proactive and driven with a willingness to learn and develop
• Leadership qualities and ability to think outside the box
• Passion for the environment and sustainability
