The Opportunity
Adobe Stock is building the world’s most complete marketplace for photos, videos, and other design assets. We're looking for an experienced, analytical, strategic, and creative individual who loves working with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, strategy, design, and marketing to join us as a Principal Product ManagerStock Commerce & Firefly Commercializationfor Enterprise.
In this role you will collaborate with teams across Adobe to monetize exciting new Firefly features being built for Adobe’s enterprise customers, empowering creative professionals with new tools to accelerate their creative process. Through your deep enterprise expertise, you will also define a commerce roadmap for Stock’s enterprise customers, proactively identifying new areas of opportunity to invest in.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned enterprise product management leader with experience navigating the monetization path for 0-to-1 enterprise products for creative professionals or marketers. To be successful, you will excel at strategy and aligning collaborators to your vision.
What You'll Do
  • Design and implement a comprehensive product strategy for commercializing new generative AI Enterprise features.
  • Use qualitative research and quantitative analysis to build and maintain a 1-3 year product roadmap, identifying new opportunities and prioritizing them based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Build relationships with partner teams at Adobe to lead initiatives that cut across organizations.
  • Supplement you enterprise expertise with market research, competitive analysis, and feature assessments to be a commercialization leader.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, Business Model Strategy, Marketing and Engineering to deliver at scale.
What is needed for success
  • Proven experience (8+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on commercial enterprise products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the capacity to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, used to help drive consensus and forward motion.
  • Ability to simplify complicated problems by breaking down technical solutions for internal, external, and executive audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience leading commerce-related projects.
  • Experience in Agile, Lean and/or scrum methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (or equivalent work experience) a plus.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $146,800 -- $262,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
