The Principal Project Manager will work in a collaborative and innovative team providing advice and is responsible for ensuring effective coordination of team's corporate accountabilities, planning, reporting and budget management of the Homes Victoria high-rise tower sites in accordance with the Government's Housing Statement.
You will lead a small team and operate in a complex and dynamic environment, requiring capacity to exercise sound judgement, liaise effectively with senior executives and build relationships with key people across the department and relevant stakeholders for the Homes Victoria.
The position plays a key leadership role and supports the delivery of outputs for Program Director an works closely with the Office of Chief Development team within the Housing Development Branch. The position operates with a high-level of professionalism, autonomy, initiative and collaboration.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
* Provide senior advisory and executive support to the Program Director, Towers Redevelopment on corporate responsibilities and operational issues.
* Manage and support ministerial, parliamentary, teams executive functions and processes.
* Working closing with the Office of the Chief Development officer to ensure Towers Redevelopment team are compliant with the whole of Housing Development governance practices and processes as well as Homes Victoria.
