The Principal Town Planning and Property Officer oversees statutory planning approvals and property transactions for the QAS (Queensland Ambulance Service). Duties include property searches, due diligence investigations, negotiations, disposals, acquisitions, and planning compliance.Reporting to the Executive Manager, this role provides expert advice, adhering to guidelines and legislation. It represents QAS interests in planning networks and contributes to operational policies within the Infrastructure and Procurement Branch.
