About the role
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so the ability to multi-task, providing detailed communication to all stakeholders and excellent customer service skills is required.
This is a Print Production Monday/ Tuesday full-time and Admin Assistant with flexible part-time hours Wed/Thu/Fri combo role.

About your qualifications & experience
- If you have previous paper/graphic design /Print Production experience, you will go to the top of our interview list
- Customer Service Experience with references is absolutely essential.
- Good to high typing speed and data entry accuracy essential
- Exceptional communication, organisational and negotiation skills essential
- Sound Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Teams/Skype/Dropbox/Adobe/ Acrobat Reader essential
- Previous work in a multi-tasking team environment preferred.
- You must have your own Laptop or MACBOOK with high speed broadband/NBN access.
- When under pressure, your attention to detail and multi-tasking skills will 'dazzle' us.
- Own home office set-up with ABN a distinct advantage
- Initial training will be provided for the first few weeks face to face. You'll be working from your home thereafter.
- We prefer applicants with a cover letter, so we can get to know you a little.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Fast-paced, detailed data entry with various online systems to order and update design/print/web and marketing tasks
- Handling emails and answering phone enquiries from clients and suppliers.
- Checking of artwork files and quoting new, potential clients.
- Management of daily workflow incl. delegation to various stakeholders
- Admin assistance incl. CRM updates, sourcing client feedback,
