73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 

• Undertake financial tasks including processing of prisoner requests and financial transactions.
• Perform various administrative functions including administrative support to the manager, drafting of correspondence, filing of documentation.
• Process Unity requests in accordance with organisation policy and procedures.
• Collection and distribution of incoming and outgoing mail, in accordance with organisation policy and procedures.
• Complete stores reconciliation and orders, working in collaboration with the Prisoner Stores employee whilst supervising and directing them to complete their role.
• Follow any direction given concerning the safety and security of the prison in an emergency and ensure prison security policy and procedures are observed.
• The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying jobs at this classification level.
