AddressLaboratory Sampler
WorkPac are currently seeking labourers to work as a Laboratory Sampler for an ongoing role for an immediate start for our client based at a mine in Mt Isa. This role is for residential applications only. Applicants must reside within 100kms of Mount Isa.
$37.57 per hour for an on-doing role for the right applicant
4 days on 4 days off roster

What you will be doing
We are seeking lab techs to support and assist the Metallurgy team including taking measurement and samples throughout the mine Processing Plant, as well as cleaning and replacing minor components. Successful candidates will be also alerting the metallurgists when there are faults, sampling preparation of powders using grinding equipment, and conduct tests and process hard rock mining samples.
What you will need:
Previous labouring experience
C Class open drivers licence
Ability to pass a mine pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol test
