THE POSITION
This position encompasses Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Strategic Sourcing (Purchasing) of goods and materials for Parnell. The key objectives of this portfolio is to maintain continuity of supply within a cGMP environment adhering to company standard operating procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Purchasing and Stock Control
- Documentation and Compliance: VQ’s, CR’s, CAPA, RA’s, Deviations, SOP’s, forms, training and other business and regulatory documents.
- Projects: You will be asked to be involved in a number of Projects during each year to assist the business identify opportunities for improvement, resolve business or supply chain constraints, save costs and others.
WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Essential
- Strong Administration Skills including advanced Excel skills
- Strong Problem solving skills
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Procurement, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Stock Control
- Minimum of 2 years experience in as Procurement and Planning Co-Ordinator, Purchasing Officer or Supervisor
- Experienced in Excel (advanced)
- Worked on at least one ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics
Desirable
- Experience in working in a sterile pharmaceutical environment would be a plus.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing principles, GMP, FDA and TGA regulations
- APICS (CSCP) or (CPIM) or BSc in Supply Chain
